New Apartment!
The title says it all:
I'm going to put my deposit down tomorrow and I'll be able to move in December 1st. It's a big apartment with a balcony and west-facing windows. The rent feels a little high but it seems like a nice quite building and I really like the location.
There's no dishwasher, the sliding doors are old and sticky, and the walls need new paint (which will apparently be done this winter), but everything else is in good shape. The linoleum is newer and the appliances are from 2002.
